In today's episode, we're diving deep into a segment called "Who Are We", where I'll be sharing some personal experiences and giving you a glimpse into my background. Growing up in and coming from Brooklyn, Ny shaped a large part of who I am today. But during college years in Crescent, Pennsylvania, I was faced with the unique challenge of being the only black person in town. It wasn't always easy, as I had to confront stereotypes and navigate through unfamiliar territory. However, I want to share with you how I overcame these obstacles and focused on my education.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible impact my coaches had on my journey. They believed in me, pushed me to excel, and taught me valuable life lessons that I carry with me to this day. Their guidance and support were instrumental in shaping the person I am today.
Please remember that I want to hear from all of you out there. Reach out to me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok @cousinedscorner.
