Motivational Monday - Why Not Sit In The Front Row?
Monday Dec 11, 2023
Monday Dec 11, 2023
In this episode, I'm asking you to reflect on the seat you're taking in your own life. Are you in the driver's seat, leading the way, or chilling in the back, letting life cruise by? I share a personal story about my school days, moving from the back to the middle seat, and why it matters. Let's break the cycle – aim for the front row, be proactive, and strive for that 'A' in life.
This episode is a call to action. I'm urging you to aim for the front row in life. Be the one leading the class, learning, and striving for excellence. Don't let fear or complacency keep you from the front seat. Remember, you are the head not the tail. Life is too short to settle for anything less than extraordinary. So, why not sit in the front row and make the most out of every moment? Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and personal growth together.
Lastly, here's a friendly reminder to share the love—look to your right, look to your left, and hit that share button. Let's make this podcast movement even stronger by spreading it to our friends, family, and loved ones. Be proactive, take charge, and be the best version of yourself. Share this episode, leave your comments on Cousin Ed's Corner, and let's build this community together. After all, we're building a community over here!

Who Are We - Cousin Ed ’It’s Bigger Than Brooklyn’
Wednesday Nov 01, 2023
Wednesday Nov 01, 2023
In today's episode, we're diving deep into a segment called "Who Are We", where I'll be sharing some personal experiences and giving you a glimpse into my background. Growing up in and coming from Brooklyn, Ny shaped a large part of who I am today. But during college years in Crescent, Pennsylvania, I was faced with the unique challenge of being the only black person in town. It wasn't always easy, as I had to confront stereotypes and navigate through unfamiliar territory. However, I want to share with you how I overcame these obstacles and focused on my education.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible impact my coaches had on my journey. They believed in me, pushed me to excel, and taught me valuable life lessons that I carry with me to this day. Their guidance and support were instrumental in shaping the person I am today.
Please remember that I want to hear from all of you out there. Reach out to me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok @cousinedscorner. Share your thoughts, feedback, and any topics you'd like to see covered in future episodes. And if you prefer the good old-fashioned way, you can also leave me a voicemail at 762-333-2032. I can't wait to hear from you and incorporate your ideas into the show!
Thank you for joining me today on "Cousin Ed's Corner". Let's dive into this episode and continue building a community who are ready to explore, connect, and learn together. Stay tuned for more exciting content coming your way!
