Meanwhile, we've got fast food on every corner, processed food in every cabinet, and prescription pills for every symptom — and we are STILL declining. Diabetes rates. Cancer rates. Fatigue. Burnout. Sound familiar? I'm not just pointing fingers — I'm raising my own hand right with you.
I shared my own journey going vegan after watching What the Health, the honest truth that vegan doesn't automatically mean healthy, and where I'm still doing the work myself. This isn't about perfection. It's about awareness. It's about opening our third eye and making intentional choices — one plate, one walk, one night of real sleep at a time.
