This isn’t just about dreaming, it’s about working to take control of our life. It’s about why so many of us wait for retirement to start living, and why we keep waiting for somebody else’s permission to chase what makes us happy. I’m talking about how bills and responsibilities can smother our dreams, how our dreams are allowed to grow up with us, and how folks are changing careers later in life and loving every minute of it. And I’m keeping it real with y’all: I’m guilty of sacrificing my own dreams to please others. This one is for me just as much as it’s for you.
