This Motivational Monday, we're talking about one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself, your family, and your community: VOTING. Here in Georgia, today October 5, 2026 is the last day to register for this November's election, and deadlines in other states are right around the corner. This isn't just about politics. It's about our voices, our households, and the future we're building for the next generation.
This one is personal. My daughter turned 18 back in June, and making sure she got registered reminded me that so many young folks might not know the deadline or the process. So I'm asking you: check on the young people in your life, check on our seniors, and check on that friend who said "my vote doesn't count." Remember, just you showing up can inspire somebody else to show up. Look at gas, groceries, the light bill, and our schools, and ask yourself if it's getting any better.
